So what does “tart” actually mean?

How is it different from regular soda?
A typical cola is built sweetness-first, around 39g of sugar per 12oz. Reckon runs 12–15g — less than half — so the fruit and the fizz do the talking. It’s also caffeine-free, which makes it an easy afternoon or evening pour.
And how is it different from sparkling water?
Sparkling water gives you bubbles and not much else. Tart craft soda gives you real, deep flavor while staying a long way from dessert. It’s the middle lane a lot of people have been asking for: more interesting than seltzer, far less sugary than soda.
