Welcome to Reckon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of drinkreckon.com (the "Site") and your purchase of our craft soda and related products (the "Products"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or order from us.

1. Who we are

Reckon is a small-batch craft soda made in the USA for Joy Filled Beverages Ltd. We sell directly to consumers through this Site. Wholesale and retail-partner purchases are governed by a separate written agreement, not these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a legally binding contract. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate. This is a standard contracting requirement and is not a restriction on who may drink our product — Reckon is a non-caffeinated craft soda suitable for the general public.

3. Our Products — food & beverage information

Reckon is a carbonated soft drink intended for consumption as a beverage.

Ingredients, nutrition & allergens. Ingredient lists, nutrition facts, and allergen information are printed on the product packaging and summarized on our Product pages. Reckon contains wheat (from barley malt extract). If you have a food allergy, sensitivity, or dietary restriction, please read the packaging before consuming and consult the actual can, which controls. We may update recipes, ingredients, or packaging over time; the information on the can you receive is authoritative.
No health or medical claims. Reckon is a soda, not a health product. We make no functional, therapeutic, or medical claims. Nothing on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.
Storage & safety. Reckon is tunnel-pasteurized and shelf-stable; refrigerate for best taste. Observe the best-by date printed on the can. Because our cans are carbonated and pressurized, do not consume any can that is leaking, bulging, dented at the seam, punctured, or otherwise damaged — set it aside and contact us. Keep out of extreme heat and direct sun for extended periods.
Images. Product photos and illustrations are for marketing; actual cans, packaging, and color may vary.

4. Orders, pricing & promotions

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline, cancel, or limit quantities on any order (including for suspected resale, error, or abuse).
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Automatic promotions (for example, a discount when you buy multiple packs, or free shipping above a stated order threshold) apply as described at checkout and may be modified or ended at any time.
We work to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel or correct the order, even after it is placed; if we cancel, we will refund any amount charged.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required.

5. Payment

By providing a payment method you represent that you are authorized to use it. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers; we don't store full payment-card numbers. If a charge is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

6. Shipping & delivery

We currently ship within the United States from Cleveland, Ohio. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days and arrive within about 3–5 business days by ground, though transit times are estimates set by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. That said, we stand behind every order — see our Refund Policy for how we handle damage, loss, and problems in transit.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses you provide, or packages marked delivered but reported missing; however, we will always try to help make it right.

7. Returns, damage & refunds

Because Reckon is a food product, we generally cannot accept returns of the beverage for health and safety reasons. We do replace or refund Products that arrive damaged, defective, wrong, or missing. Our full Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and explains exactly how claims work.

8. Order changes & cancellations

We move fast, so the window to change or cancel an order is short. If you need to change or cancel, email sales@drinkreckon.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has been packed or handed to the carrier, we may not be able to change it.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Reckon name, logo, can and packaging designs, text, graphics, photos, and other materials — are owned by Joy Filled Beverages Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view the Site. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our brand assets or content without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully or fraudulently; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; scrape, harvest, or misuse data; resell Products without authorization; or misrepresent the origin, ingredients, or nature of the Products.

11. Reviews & submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business and marketing. Don't submit anything unlawful, false, infringing, or that isn't yours to share. We may remove content at our discretion.

12. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived, or our responsibility for a Product that is unsafe or not as described.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joy Filled Beverages Ltd. and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. This section does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for personal injury caused by our negligence or unsafe product).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reckon harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Wholesale & resale

Purchases for resale, retail placement, distribution, or other commercial use require our prior written approval and are governed by a separate wholesale agreement. See our Wholesale page or contact sales@drinkreckon.com.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere (for example, in your home jurisdiction as a consumer).

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site or ordering after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases.
